Capacity management
Matching of hardware, software, network, servers and overall system capability and capacity to meet current and predicted requirements for information system services
Network control
The day-to-day support, operation and control of all equipment within the school’s network infrastructure
User support
Provide user support and assistance to users on the use of systems and equipment
Technical authority
Provide technical assistance on modifications to information systems to ensure that they are compatible with existing and planned information systems and IS infrastructure
Network planning:
Develop and maintain network plans, encompassing data, voice, text, e-mail, facsimile and image
Network design :
Production network designs and documentation for voice, data, text, email, facsimile and image.
Desktop and server support (Linux & Windows)
Secondary skills in IT infrastructure with core skills in network engineering
Fluency in English indispensable (written & spoken) Fluency in French (read & spoken) would be a plus
Diploma in Information Technology (compulsory)
3 years of work experience (compulsory)
Must be able to start immediately
