Secretary - 5 vancancies RM3500-RM4000

Location:
Kuala Lumpur/Selangor

Salary:
RM3500-RM4000

Job Scope:
* Provide secretarial support to Senior Managers
* Organization, maintenance and control of diary arrangements and act as a first point of contact for them
* Telephone coverage for team(s)
* Arrange internal and external meetings, including booking meeting rooms and arranging both internal/external facilities and ensuring they have all relevant papers for meetings
* Arrange travel bookings as per company guidelines and coordinate
* Responsible for expense processing for senior management
* Demonstrate awareness of policies and practices of the workplace

Job requirement:
* Outstanding communication skills and ability to liaise with colleagues and clients at all levels.
* Good organisational skills, problem solving skills with a proactive/positive approach
* Good MS Office skills
* At least 5 years’ experience in senior secretarial role.
* Ability to cope well under pressure within a demanding environment.
* Excellent team player, able to work with colleagues and peers to support all Service Delivery initiatives and foster a sense of community within the office.
* Ability to prioritize own workload, demonstrate initiative and anticipate requirements.
* Flexible attitude to working hours.
* Well presented, confident and reliable.
