Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:
•To assist the Contract Manager in all areas of quantity surveying works.
•To assist for preparation of tenders, where you have to take off quantities from drawings/plans, source for pricing from specified suppliers and work out all pricing.
•To assit and collect of data on costs of building materials, labour, equipments and proper records of all pricing, document, drawings and samples.
•Maintain proper records of all pricing, documents, drawings and samples.
•Monitor, cross-checked and verified all project claims and invoices submitted to the company
Requirements:
•Possess at least a Diploma, Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent.
•Proficiency in English & B.Malaysia.
•At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Able to taking off of Quantities and prepare Bill of Quantities, read & measure drawings and Material Scheduling.
•Able to prepare claims and post contract work.
•Computer literate and proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word.
•Possess own transport and prepared to site visit.
•Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply .
