JCI CYEA 2011 Executive Secretary

We have a vacant position as Executive Secretary for JCI Petaling Jaya - Creative Young Entrepreneur Award (JCI CYEA) 2011.

Contract basis for a minimum of 2 months.

Salary ranges from RM1000 to RM 1300 depending on candidate's experience.

Office is located in Kelana Centre Point.

Monday to Friday: 8.30-5.30pm - station in office and
Saturday: 9 am - 1 pm - station in candidate's own home.

We encourage suitable candidates who are unemployed currently and have no plan to look for a permanent job for the next few months to apply.

The scope of work are as follows:
1. shortlist, approach, convince and follow up with prospective nominees in the private sector through email and phone (now to mid May);
2. guide nominees for their submission process through email and phone (now to mid May);
3. constantly update committee on the nomination status through email and phone (now to mid May);
4. make appointment with nominees for committee to attend through email and phone (now to mid May) ;
5. make appointment with judges for committee to attend through email and phone (now to mid May);
6. sponsorship appointment and follow up on the outcome of sponsorship through phone and email (July);
