• Formal IT professional certification or Diploma in Computer Science will be an added advantage or any equivalent
• Basic knowledge in PC/laptop configuration & trouble-shooting, network TCP/IP.
• Installation, Conduct Troubleshooting, Diagnose Faults, Repair and Maintenance of Equipments
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• At least 1 year experience in Technical Service Support
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to clients’ premises
Roles & Responsibilities
• Perform training, regular maintenance support and/or ad-hoc customers’ breakdown call for servicing & repair at clients’ site.
• Detects and diagnose malfunctions of equipments/tools
• Determines methods of equipment repair in timely manner
• Provide hands-on-technical troubleshooting for network issues pertaining to network equipment configurations, structured cabling, wired/wireless LAN
• Multi-task worker with positive attitude
