Location: Plaza Sentral (Next to KL Sentral Station)
Role: IT Helpdesk Analyst - Cantonese and Mandarin Speaker
Remuneration: RM2500 - RM3300 (based on experience) | (exclusive of allowance)
Responsiblilty:
- Provide IT support via email and calls
- Resolve issues within stipulated time frame.
- Analyses and interprets client inquiries to ascertain and solve issue.
- Provides accurate and creative solutions to client problems meeting all pre defined quality measurements.
- Provides information, advice or instruction in response to client inquiries.
- Liaises internally to enable client queries to be answered and problems solved.
Requirements:
- Candidate must at least be a Diploma/Degree Holder.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Candidate must have basic IT knowledge (Technical / Concept).
- Good technical knowledge would be an added advantage.
- Required language(s): Cantonese & Mandarin (English is an advantage).
- Good communication skill & computer literate.
- Able to work under pressure, responsible, self-motivates, mature & independent.
