Requirements:
Degree in IT or Computer Science or its equivalent
*Preferable 1-2 year hands on working experience
*Familiar with the basics of IT infrastructure and its components
*Proficient in Microsoft products especially MS Office and *Windows Operation Systems
*Proficient in troubleshooting procedures related to network performance, hardware and software
*Able to communicate effectively
*Highly committed, process oriented and willing to learn
